Thinking about the seeker: a method for ideas selection in crowdsourcing through clustering

This article presents a method for new ideas selection, which uses clustering to filter while considering the seeker’s goals and learning dynamics. Most of previous research has considered idea provider as main subject analysis. Instead, we focus on bounded rationality solution seeker. Seekers often estimate that cost an challenge comes from reward itself; yet, making mistakes in selection process picking wrong might result seeker wasting time money. The study discussed paper is early-stage application design science (DSR); thus, argue contribution can be classified “exaptation”, known problem.
